Bicycle rental request

1. Rental Agreement

By renting a bicycle from (Bike for All), the customer agrees to all terms and conditions stated below.

2. Rental Duration & Rates

•Rental is charged based on hourly rates.

•Overtime will be charged according to the current rate sheet.

3. Bicycle Condition

•All bicycles are provided in good working condition.

•The customer must check the bicycle before accepting it.

•The customer is responsible for returning the bicycle in the same condition.

4. Liability & Safety

•The customer rides at their own risk.

•Helmets and safety equipment are recommended and available upon request.

•Bikes for All is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage during the rental period.

5. Damage or Loss

•The customer is fully responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the bicycle during the rental period.

•Fees will apply for:

•Frame or part damage: 500 saudi riyal

•Lost or stolen bicycles: full bike cost

•Missing accessories (e.g., locks, helmets) based on cost for each missing item

6. Use Restrictions

•Bicycles may not be used for:

•Racing or stunt riding

•Off-road use unless specified

•Illegal activities

•The bicycle must not be lent to a third party.

7. Return Policy

•Bicycles must be returned by the agreed time and location.

•Late returns may result in additional charges.

8. Deposit

•A refundable deposit may be required.

•The deposit will be returned after a full inspection of the bicycle.

9. Cancellation

•Cancellations should be made at least [insert time, e.g., 24 hours] in advance.

•No-shows may be charged the full rental fee.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
